Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping services to the United States, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping to additional regions—such as Japan and Southeast Asia—will be available soon.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Once your order is confirmed, it will immediately enter our fulfillment process to ensure prompt delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package in real time either through the carrier’s official website or via the Shipment Tracking section on our website.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, and Canada, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
For orders shipped to Australia, the estimated delivery time is 16–36 business days.

Address Change Policy

Once an order is placed, it is automatically entered into our system and cannot be modified, including the shipping address.

If you need to change the delivery address or other order details, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to assist you.

Delivery Inspection Policy

Please carefully inspect your package before signing for it upon delivery.
If any visible damage or defects are found, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing sebastian@lighter-creative.com, or by leaving us a message using the contact button in the bottom-right corner of the page.

We will do our best to process your cancellation request promptly.
However, if the order has already been shipped and cannot be intercepted, it will proceed as scheduled and can no longer be canceled.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe

There is no minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.

For bulk or high-volume orders, please contact us directly and we will provide a customized shipping solution tailored to your needs.

We are also gradually expanding our free shipping coverage to additional regions, including Canada, Australia, and Japan.

Shipping Cost Breakdown

All of the above regions qualify for free shipping, and no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Shipping fees will apply to orders delivered to Canada and Australia.
The final shipping cost may vary depending on the carrier’s pricing, and the exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Exceptions Statement

Some remote areas or special address types (such as PO Box addresses) may require additional delivery time or may not be eligible for free shipping.
Delivery times may also be extended due to customs inspections or local processing delays.
