Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization

  • The correct return warehouse address

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Step-by-step return instructions

Note: We operate multiple warehouses in different regions. Your return will be directed to the nearest appropriate warehouse based on your location.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
