Free Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. This period includes the time it takes for us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), the time required for the return shipment (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, you may receive the refund more quickly.
To return an item, simply log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" section under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and processed your return.
