Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging — and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
