Free Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. This period includes the time it takes for us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), the time required for the return shipment (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
