Shipping Policy

Market Policy:
We currently offer shipping services only to the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping services to other regions (such as Europe and Canada) will be available soon.

Order Processing:
We will process and ship your order within 1 business day after you place it. Once your order is confirmed, we will begin processing it immediately to ensure quick shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can track your package’s status at any time.

Shipping Time:
Orders to the United States and the United Kingdom typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Address Change Policy:
Once an order is submitted, the fulfillment process begins automatically, and order details (including the shipping address) cannot be changed.
If you need to change the shipping address or any other details, please contact customer service within 12 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to assist you.

Goods Acceptance Policy:
Upon receiving the goods, you must inspect the package before signing for it.
Please verify that the product has no visible damage or defects at the time of delivery. If any issues are found, please contact us within 7 days for resolution. If the product is eligible for a return, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

Order Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible via email at sebastian@lighter-creative.com.
We will process your cancellation request promptly. However, if the order has already been shipped and cannot be intercepted, the order will proceed as normal, and we will be unable to cancel it.
